An exciting new opportunity has been created for a Consultant – Health and Safety Software to lead, manage and grow our health and safety software product. Safely is a powerful safety software application which can be tailored to fit any industry. Our software helps our clients ensure that every area of their business is compliant with health and safety legislation and industry best practice.

Based in either Invercargill or Queenstown, we are looking for a software superstar who is an all-round performer and thrives in ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to clients.  Being the ‘face’ of Safely, you will ensure our existing and potential clients receive exceptional service. Your role will be responsible for supporting our clients to manage their Safely accounts, actively promoting the benefits of Safely to new clients, supporting our growing business, and continually improving the system and service delivery.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • an appropriate level of knowledge and experience in contemporary software packages, in particular cloud based software and Microsoft systems
  • a basic understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and best practice
  • at least 3 years experience in customer services
  • preferably some knowledge, skills or experience within the agricultural industry
