Zenitec is home to Clogger (Chainsaw Protection), Harvestwear (Fruit Picking Equipment) and Nortec Medical (Patient Transfer Slings). Our products are market leaders. Making up the largest proportion of the company, the Clogger brand has become an aspirational product for Arborists. It is enjoying excellent growth in Australia and is causing a stir in the North American Market. With new products to launch in the near future, there are exciting times ahead.
We're looking for someone who can continue the brand growth and be a part of this success story. You'll be responsible for global marketing and sales efforts. This means you'll need to demonstrate an ability in all areas of marketing, especially in the digital area and brand building. From brand storytelling to social media management; you'll know what to say, when and how. Being prepared to travel a lot, particularly to North America, you'll have excellent Key Account Management skills and a history of bringing in business and developing large accounts.
This role is large and varied. You'll need to draw on all your experience and be able to demonstrate a commitment to the customer that goes beyond the norm. The customer is at the centre of everything the company does and we work in collaboration with them. We are not a typical 'market and sell a product' company.

- 5 years’ experience in all aspects of digital marketing.
- 5 years' experience in similar role at a Senior Level.
- A passion for leading and growing a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proven track record of successful sales.
- Experience in building and developing successful brands.
